Booking Your Tour
How to Book: Simply visit our website or contact us directly via email to secure your booking.
Reserve Your Spot: To secure your place on a tour, we require a 25% reservation deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due two months before the tour begins.
Payments
All payments for our tours are made in euros (€). Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a secure payment link that allows you to conveniently pay using credit cards or PayPal.

Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Balance: Once the tour is fully paid, it is non-refundable.
Exceptions: If you need to cancel for health or family reasons, we will do our best to fill your space. If successful, we may refund your payment, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Our Commitment: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the tour, we will refund all payments made in full.
Shipping Goods Home
Smaller Purchases: You can take smaller items home with you in your luggage or ship them via courier.
Larger Items: For larger purchases, we’ll assist you in coordinating with a professional shipper.
Tip: Bringing an extra suitcase is often the most cost-effective way to bring home additional treasures.
Travel Insurance
We are not a travel agency and therefore strongly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance.
Why It’s Important: Coverage for delayed flights, lost baggage, or unexpected events is essential.
